The official KCCNA Team for 2013-2015 lead by Tomy Myalkarapurath rejected the official announcement of Bishop Angadiath regarding the membership criteria in Knanaya churches. We totally disagree with the decision to allow membership to a non Knanaya Family in Knanaya Churchs. By accepting to marry a non knanaya person he/she is accepting to move out of our community. It is their voluntary choice knowing well that they will lose their privillages of Membership. Again this is not a decision to be taken by the bishop Angadiath but by the knanaya members.We,Tomy’s team for next KCCNA executives are committed to safe guard the interest of the knanaya people to preserve their identity and tradition with zero tolerance on our endogamous nature which we have been safe guarded for centuries by our forefathers.Our leadership will and support the recent decisions and steps taken by the current KCCNA Officials.
