Congrats to KCCNA leadership for trusting our youth

Kudos to everyone who worked real hard behind our Orlando Convention! Though I could not attend because of personal reasons I really enjoyed watching live broadcast of the events. Thanks to the leadership for broadcasting for folks like me!

I did not receive any negative feedback from any of the convention attendees that I communicated with. It was a dream come true for most of us seniors, to witness our youth be in charge of the leadership. This convention proved that they can indeed lead and behave well. They are our children and who else we trust? Congrats to KCCNA leadership for trusting our youth and handingover the torch to them.

Let us continue that spirit and do whatever we can to resolve our major issues, first among the laity and then between the laity and our hierarchy, to guide our community as a single unit believing in each other wherever we are in this "small" world. Let us establish a great "brand" name for all of us wherever we live. I remember those days when Americans were asking Indian parents about the secret of Indian children being in the top 20% of the class in education and moral values. We have to get the same questions from other communities around us about our Kna children as well. Let us "keep that hope alive" and work together as a team. We need to change our way of thinking and our attitude to others. It is not that easy, but we have to work hard towards that goal.

Let us also pray hard and be flexible to reach an agreement among all of us so that we can put an end to that never ending "divide and rule" tactics that we are accustomed to.  Until that time, there is no winner or loser among us, period. We may be able to feed our egos for a short time, but that would not help our community at large in the future. Many among us love to stay away from this mess that was created by some of those selfish and egoistic leadership in our community.

Let us not try together to kill a small snake or burn our precious home to kill a small mouse. Let us respect and adore those who succeed in their life by their deeds. We the "പാവം വിശ്വാസികള്‍" are not interested in KCCNA or KCA or DKCC or even our Hierarchy if they all cannot sit together and resolve our major issues for good. We live in North America, a melting pot. Please let us know the ground we play the game and act accordingly.

Hope, you got the message and sorry for preaching. Good Luck!!!
