ആര്‍ച്ച്ബിഷപ് മാര്‍ കുര്യാക്കോസ് കുന്നശ്ശേരിക്ക് സിസ്റ്റര്‍ ലൗസിയുമായി അടുത്ത ബന്ധമുണ്ടെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി സി.ബി.ഐ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു.
അഭയ കേസ് പ്രതികളെ പ്രതിപ്പട്ടികയില്‍നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച വിടുതല്‍ ഹരജിക്കെതിരെ കോടതിയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തിലാണ് പുതിയ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍..
കേസിലെ സാക്ഷി ബി.സി.എം കോളജ് പ്രഫസര്‍ ത്രേസ്യാമ്മയുടെ മൊഴി ഉദ്ധരിച്ചാണ് സി.ബി.ഐ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍. അതേ കോളജിലെ ഹിന്ദി അധ്യാപികയായ സിസ്റ്റര്‍ ലൗസിയുമായി പ്രതികളായ ഫാദര്‍ തോമസ് കോട്ടൂര്‍, ഫാദര്‍ ജോസ് പൂതൃക്കയില്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്ക് ബന്ധമുണ്ട്. ആര്‍ച്ച്ബിഷപ് കുന്നശ്ശേരിയുമായുള്ള സിസ്റ്ററുടെ ബന്ധത്തിന് ഇരുവരും ഒത്താശ നല്‍കിയിരുന്നതായും സി.ബി.ഐ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
ഇതിനിടെ, സി.ബി.ഐ മുന്‍ ഡിവൈ.എസ്.പിയും അന്വേഷണോദ്യോഗസ്ഥനുമായ വര്‍ഗീസ് പി. തോമസ്, കോട്ടയം ആര്‍.ഡി.ഒ ഓഫിസിലെ സീനിയര്‍ സൂപ്രണ്ട് ഏലിയാമ്മ, ക്ളര്‍ക്ക് കെ.എന്‍. മുരളീധരന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ തൊണ്ടിമുതല്‍ നശിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടത്തിയത് അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് മുന്‍ ഡിവൈ.എസ്.പി കെ. സാമുവല്‍ സി.ബി.ഐ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു. ആര്‍.ഡി ഓഫിസില്‍ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്ന തൊണ്ടിവകകള്‍ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുവരെ, അന്വേഷണം എറ്റെടുത്ത വര്‍ഗീസ് പി. തോമസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടില്ലെന്ന് ഹരജിയില്‍ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണം എറ്റെടുത്ത് 79 ദിവസങ്ങള്‍ക്കുശേഷം ഇവര്‍ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടത്തി തൊണ്ടിവകകള്‍ നശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഈ ഹരജിക്ക് പുറമെ തുടരന്വേഷണ ഹരജികളും സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ മൂന്നിന് പരിഗണിക്കും.
അതേസമയം, തുടരന്വേഷണ ഹരജികളില്‍ അതൃപ്തി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ സി.ബി.ഐ, ഇവ തള്ളണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. പ്രതികള്‍ക്കെതിരായ കുറ്റപത്രം തെളിയിക്കാന്‍ ആവശ്യമായ തെളിവുകളുണ്ടെന്നും അന്വേഷണസംഘം കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു. തുടരന്വേഷണഹരജികള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചത് ചില താല്‍പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയാണെന്നും സി.ബി.ഐ ആക്ഷേപമുന്നയിച്ചു.
സി.ബി.ഐ മുന്‍അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ വി. ത്യാഗരാജന്‍, ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് മുന്‍ എസ്.പി കെ.ടി. മൈക്കിള്‍, മുന്‍ ഡിവൈ.എസ്.പി കെ. സാമുവല്‍, കോട്ടയം മുന്‍ ആര്‍.ഡി.ഒ എസ്.ജി.കെ. കിഷോര്‍ ഐ.പി.എസ് അടക്കം ആറുപേര്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന് തെളിവ് നശിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ നടത്തിയ ശ്രമങ്ങള്‍ അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് അഭയ ആക്ഷന്‍ കൗണ്‍സില്‍ കണ്‍വീനര്‍ ജോമോന്‍ പുത്തന്‍പുരയ്ക്കല്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയാണ് തുടരന്വേഷണ ഹരജികള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചത്. തുടരന്വേഷണ ഹരജി അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിനൊപ്പം ഇപ്പോള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച കുറ്റപത്രത്തില്‍ വിചാരണയാരംഭിക്കണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം സി.ബി.ഐ കോടതി ജഡ്ജി ടി.എസ്.പി. മൂസത് നിരാകരിച്ചു.

ReplyDeleteKnanaya is not a political party. It is a faith biased Christian religious group. Being born as a Knanaya is not a permission to perform any criminal activity and it is not the responsibility of general Knanaya public to protect the crimes of its leaders. We should not give our hard earned money to protect these criminals who comes to us in the name of Jesus Christ (I mean Kottoor, Puthrukka, Sefi, Lausi etc). Being true Christians the diosis should let them get prosecuted and get the punishment for their crime rather than protecting them and allowing them to perform more damage to the society. They are all criminal minded and needs to be incarcerated to protect the society.
ReplyDeleteMy belief and understanding is that Knanaya is below Jesus Christ, Some of the commends in this blog mentions Knanaya superior than Jesus Christ and Christianity. We need to use the strength of our community to contribute good things to the society. God gave us birth as a Knanaya and we need to use our unity, ability, talents and values in being a good Christian and work for Jesus Christ. It was God’s decision to make as born Knanaya, it is not to challenge any other community but it is to perform special work for Jesus.

ReplyDeletearound 20 years ago,cbi questioned hundreds of peoples regarding abhaya case.out of that one was Thresiamma teacher from BCM college.She was always against the management and kottayam diosese.now she is around 65 years old and never get married.she never go to the church.she always fight with relatives.she always fight with the neighbours and lot of police cases against her.she is single and kind of ubnormal.all the bcm college students know about miss thressiammas bad behaviour.20 years ago when she fight with the management she gave some statements against the bishop and priests.now cbi is taking small statement and using that against kottayam diosese and bishop.all the knanaya peoples will be careful about these kind of wrong allegations against our bishop and priests.

Anyway kottayam diocese is going to file defamation case against CBI for this kind of baseless statement. Now anyone can make a false accusation Give attention against any person of prominance to get noticed. So take it in the right perspective.Ignore it.

ReplyDeleteDo you know how students go to seminary to become priest?. These are the cases I see from my village. Most of the students they fail 10th grade they go to seminary. They are not intelligent. They study bible for many years then they get doctorate in bible. Most of these priests are from very bad back ground they become priests. So they are greedy on money sex and so many luxury things when they become priests then they fight for the higher positions like bishops. Some priests have to pay lots of money to influence other priests to get support. Religion is 100 times worse then politics. But poor illitrated people do not know that truth. Nuns in sabha is just like small rat in cobra's hut. We christians know that truth. Bishop Kunnassery's sex activites we christians knew some 30 years back but CBI came to know now. I reccomend Kunnasssery's picture must be pasted in all the police stations along with sex criminals. If Sabha make kunnassery as Saint then I will assume that is the backgroud of all other saints in christian Sabha. So I will through all the pictures of christian saints into the waste box. I promise. I fully believe Prof. Thresiamma and I support her. Prof. Thresiamma is trying to protect the poor innocent nuns from these kind of priests and bishops criminal. Just imagine sister Afaya is your own sister. do not look religion.
ReplyDeleteToday I watched Surya news it said the poor uneducated nepali Goorka who saw the sex activities of bishop kunnasery with sister Lucy now the second powerful officer in St. Stephen's college where I studied my PDC. This Goorka's position is Supredentant but he is most powerful. Kunnassery purchased and gifted a very good house to this Goorka but later he sold. This Goorka is second powerful person in Knanaya sabha. If I knew this I could have walked around kottayam aramana around bishop house that time instead of studying and working hard to make money and live. What to do. Lots of educated people are in Knanaya sabha without job. Illitrated neepali Goorka is in second powerful job in knanya college because he saw the holy sex in the earth. Sooner or later we can see kunnassery's picture in all the police stations with sex criminals. Prof. Thresiyamma revealed all the truth. TV shows the picture of Goorka today. Now we know Prof. Thresiamma is 100 % correct.

When my brother's daughter after completing B.Ed requested some job any place she waited many years. Sabha did not give even peon post. She left India and working in Africa as higher secondary teacher. What is the secret of Goorka who has not gone to school become Suprendent of knanaya college? Is that he saw the holy sex? Knanaya colleges and schools are not any bishop or priest's father's own property. These are knanaya people's property. Actually kananaya people are more powerful but these sex criminals will not understand that truth. They act like nazy dictator. Intelligent people will not accept these kind of bad people.

Normal case management gives suprendent postion to senior sister of priest. I remember 1981 one sister was the suprendent.I was shocked hearing the news that uneducated nepali Goorka who was working as night security guard in another college near bishop house became suprendent in Uzhavoor college within short time.This is more than enough proof for a common people to judge. Please vote Prof. Thresiamma is true or false.
