Manchester Election-ലെ ക്രമക്കെടുകള്‍

സ്ഥാനമൊഴിയുന്ന President-ഉം UKKCA -ലെ  മറ്റെല്ലാ ക്നാനായ സഹോദരങ്ങളും അറിയുവാന്

ഞാന് MKCA യിലെ ഒരു സാധാരണ മെമ്പര് ആണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഓണത്തിന് MKCA യുടെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു നടന്ന വിവരം നിങ്ങള്ക്കെല്ലാം അറിവുള്ളതാണല്ലോ. ആ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മുന്പായി VOTERS ലിസ്റ്റ് തെറ്റാണന്നും അതുകൊണ്ട് തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു നിറുത്തി വയ്ക്കണം എന്ന് ഞാന് രേഖാമൂലം UKKCA പ്രസിഡന്റ്നും കമ്മറ്റിക്കാരെയും വിവരം അറിയിച്ചു. അതിന്മേല് യാതൊരു നടപടിയും എടുത്തില്ല. ഞാന് കൊടുത്ത എഴുത്തിലെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഭാഗം ചുവടെ ചേര്ക്കുന്നു.

Dear Instin, National Executive members and advisory members,

I hope you are aware of the Manchester Unit election to be held on 24/09/2011. As per the latest information Manchester unit is planning to elect 4 National executive members. As per the Bye law of UKKCA one National executive member is elected from a unit if the number of family is less 50. or in other words 1:50 or less than 50. As per the present strength of Manchester unit, it has the right to elect only 3 members as the number of families in this unit is less than 150. The present Manchester unit committee created an impression that it has more than 150 families (Manoj and his brother in law Reji are in Australia, San Alex is in US right now.This is only an example) and cheated the National council by including the names of families who have left this area or have joined other nearby units. Therefore, the National council should immediately stop the election procedure and make a thorough study of the voters list. If Manchester unit can elect 4, Liverpool can elect 3, Birmingham can also elect 3, Newcastle can elect 2 and other units can elect as many as they want by including the names of people in their area or even those who have migrated to Australia and US.

Law is binding to all and if Manchester is allowed to act as they like you should also allow other units as they wish and therefore this should not be encouraged and this practice should be stopped at the beginning itself. ഡിസംബര് മാസത്തില് MKCA സമര്പിച്ച ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രകാരം നാല് നാഷണല് കൌണ്സില്മാര്ക്ക് പകരം മൂന്നു പേരെ മാത്രമേ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവൂ എന്ന്  UKKCA വിവരം അറിയിച്ചു. അപ്പോള് എന്റെ പരാതി സത്യമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞു  - മൂന്നു മാസത്തിനു ശേഷം.

എങ്കില് നടന്ന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു അസാധു ആയി കണക്കാക്കെണ്ടതല്ലേ? കാരണം മൂന്ന്  പേരുടെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് നാല് പേര്ക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യ്യുമ്പോള് കിട്ടുന്ന വോട്ടുകളുടെ PATTERN  നും അന്ന് നടന്ന വോടിംഗ് PATTERN-ഉം തമ്മില്‍ വത്യാസം ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു പക്ഷെ  തോറ്റവര് ജയിക്കെണ്ടവരും ജയിക്കെണ്ടാവര് തോല്ക്കെണ്ടാവരും ആയിരുന്നിരിക്കാം. 

അതിനാല് MANCHESTER വീണ്ടും  വോട്ട് നടക്കേണ്ടതും ഇപ്പോള് ജയിച്ചവര് വീണ്ടും ജനവിധി തേടെണ്ടാവരും ആണ്. അവരെ UKKCA ELECTION-ല്‍ നിന്നും മാറ്റെണ്ടതും സ്ഥാനാര്ഥി ആയി മത്സരിക്കുവാന് അനുവദിക്കുകയും അരുത്.  ഇതിനു ഉത്തരം പറയേണ്ടത് UKKCA നേതൃത്വം ആണ്. തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില് കൃത്രിമം നടന്നാല് വീണ്ടും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു നടക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അതാണ് ജനാധിപത്യം.  അല്ലാതെ കൈയൂക്കുള്ളവന് കാര്യക്കാരന് ആകുന്നതു നീതി അല്ല. ധര്മത്തിന് ചേര്ന്നതും അല്ല.

ക്നാനായമക്കള് ഇതില് പ്രതിഷേധിക്കണം. പരാതി കിട്ടിയില്ല ഞങ്ങള് അറിഞ്ഞില്ല എന്ന ഒഴിവു കഴിവുകള് പറഞ്ഞു രക്ഷപെടുവാന് UKKCA നേത്രുതത്തിനു കഴിയില്ല. നീതി എല്ലാ യുണിറ്റ്കള്ക്കും ഒരുപോലെ ആയിരിക്കണം. വലിയേട്ടന് മനോഭാവം പാടില്ല.

പൊതുയോഗം അറിയാതെ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ആയ വ്യക്തിക്ക് വോട്ടെടുപ്പില് പങ്കെടുക്കാന് എന്ത് അവകാശം?  പ്രസിഡന്റ് എന്ന് പറയുന്ന വ്യക്തി എഴുതി അയച്ച കത്ത് തന്നെ അത് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

ഈ കാരണങ്ങളാല് MANCHESTER UNIT നെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില് പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുകയോ മത്സരിപ്പിക്കുകയോ ചൈയ്യരുത്. ഭാവിയില് ഇതു ഒരു ചീത്ത കീഴ്വഴക്കം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയേക്കാം. മാത്രവും അല്ല ELECTION കഴിഞ്ഞു നിയമ നടപടികള്ക്ക് സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടാകും. അതും നേരിടുവാന് നേത്രുത്വനിര തയ്യാറായി കൊള്ളുക.

മുകളില്‍ നിന്നുണ്ടാകുന്ന സമ്മര്ധങ്ങള്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു.  പക്ഷെ സമ്മര്ദ്ദങ്ങളെ അതിജീവിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത “നട്ടെല്ലില്ലാ ജീവികളെ” അവര്ക്ക്  പറ്റിയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില്‍ എവിടെയെങ്കിലും പുനരധിവസിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്.

തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ വോട്ടവകാശമുള്ളവരും മത്സരാര്ധികളും മൌനം പാലിക്കുന്നതെന്തുകൊന്ടെന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നില്ല.  ഇതെല്ലാം ഒരമ്മ പെറ്റ മക്കള്‍ തന്നയോ?
